United States. You can expect delivery within 5 to 8 business days of your order. The
shipping amount will automatically calculate during the checkout process after entering
the zip code where the item(s) will be shipped.
UPS 3 Day Select Service
UPS 3 Day Select Service is available and is billed at standard UPS rates.
Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT (Pacific Time) will be shipped out the next business day.
UPS Next Day Air Service
UPS Next Day Air Service is available and is billed at standard UPS rates. Orders placed before 4:00 PM PT
(Pacific Time) will be shipped out the next business day.
Shipping to a PO Box, APO, FPO or International Address (including Canada)
As of now, we do not accept any orders shipped to a PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. Also, we do ship to
Canada but not other International address. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Placing an Order
If you would like to purchase a Designer Catbox, click the “Order Now” button on the website. You will be
taken to our shopping cart. From here, you can modify the number of items, keep shopping, or initiate the
check out process. You can always remove items later if you change your mind.
Click “Checkout” and the site will guide you through the secure checkout process.
The Checkout screens are secure 128 -bit encryption hosted by Yahoo! e-commerce.
The shopping cart will request the zip code where the item(s) will be shipped. We use this
information to calculate tax and shipping costs. Your order will be processed and your
items shipped in accordance with the shipping method you select. An email confirmation
will be sent to you after you place your order. When your item ships, a UPS tracking
number will be emailed to you to track your package.

Sales Tax
Designer Catbox is a California based online retail store. All purchases from
customers in California are subject to California sales tax and will be included in
the order.

Warranty
Designer Catbox aims to produce high quality Catboxes. Your Designer Catbox comes with a 30-day warranty
from the date of your purchase covering against manufacturing defects. If you encounter a manufacturing
defect, please contact us.
Return Policy
At Designer Catbox, you will find shopping online is easy, pleasant, and secure. Our 30-day return policy
from the date of your purchase gives you enough time to consider your purchase. We hope your Designer
Catbox purchase exceeds your expectation, however, if you would like to have a refund, you may return it
within 30 days from the date of your purchase. If you would like a refund, we will provide you a refund,
however, the shipping charge is not refundable and all returns will incur a 30% restocking fee. If you need to
return your Designer Catbox, please contact us.
Please remember, all returned Catboxes must be new (never been used) and in their original carton with all
the packing materials, and manuals intact. We will not accept dirty, broken or used Catboxes or Catboxes in
non-standard packaging. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and your e-mail confirmation
with your return along with a memo explaining the reason for return. In addition, you must send your item
insured. We will issue a full refund minus restocking fees and minus shipping charges for the purchase price
of the Catboxes you return that meet the above conditions.
Setup Details
Instructions for Setup
The Designer Catbox is easily assembled and comes with detailed instructions. For setup, you will need a
Phillip’s head screwdriver.
Litter Pan Size
Your Designer Catbox is designed to hold a standard large-sized litter pan that is 18.5" x 15.25" (not
included). Note: a larger litter pan will fit in the Designer Catbox if you do not install the interior panel;
however, this is not recommended as litter can then be kicked out of the box.
