(SICSA) is a private non-profit animal welfare
group dedicated to saving the Ohio Miami
Valley’s homeless cats and dogs; preventing
the euthanasia of adoptable companion animals
by addressing the animal overpopulation
problem; and nurturing the human animal
bond through humane education.
"Our older cats were needing a more homey
and comfortable environment, so we decided
to try our cat room without cages. We
gathered volunteers to help with building a
catwalk, cozy cubbies, and new furniture.
We found on the web a wonderful cat litter box
that looked like a fashionable end table. The
Designer Catbox has added a fashionable look
to the room and the cats love to hang out on
top of them. "
